By combining Rush Production and Overnight Shipping, we deliver directly to trade show booths, hotels, and corporate offices across the contiguous United States (Lower 48).

How the 2-Business-Day Rush Service Works

To qualify for the "Order Monday → Receive Wednesday" timeline, you must meet the daily cutoff times.

The "2-Business-Day In-Hands" Formula:

  1. Select Rush Options: Choose Rush Production AND Overnight Shipping at checkout.

  2. Order Deadline: Place your order by 12:00 PM PT (Pacific Time).

  3. We send your digital proof within 2 business hours of receiving your order. Monitor your email — fast proof approval keeps your delivery on track.

  4. Approval Deadline: Approve your digital proof by 3:00 PM PT (Pacific Time) the same day.

Crucial: Delays in artwork approval are the #1 cause of missed deadlines. Please monitor your email immediately after ordering. If proof approval occurs after 3:00 PM PT, the delivery date will be adjusted based on when final approval is received.

Q: Can you ship directly to my trade show booth? A: Yes. We ship via UPS/FedEx. Most convention centers require you to ship to an "Advance Warehouse" or directly to the show floor during specific hours. Please check your exhibitor manual for the correct address.

Q: Does "2-Business-Day" include weekends? A: No. Our production and shipping carriers operate on Business Days (Monday–Friday). An order placed on Friday for 2-Business-Day delivery will arrive on Tuesday.

GoVizly is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, mechanical failure, or Acts of God. Availability may vary based on quantity and stock levels.

GoVizly reserves the right to extend delivery timelines in the event of technical issues, system outages, production errors, or circumstances beyond our operational control. In such cases, GoVizly's sole liability shall be limited to a refund of shipping fees paid, and GoVizly shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from delivery delays.
