GoVizly Displays, LLC ("GoVizly," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website govizly.com and provides custom-printed portable trade show displays, printing services, and graphic design services (collectively, the "Services").   • Order and Account Information: Products viewed, added to cart, purchased, or subject to a claim; account login credentials if you create an account.
  • Design Files and Artwork: Artwork, logos, photographs, and files you upload for printing, proofing, or graphic design services ("Customer Content").
  • Communications: Messages sent to customer support, proof approval responses, order inquiries, and other correspondence with GoVizly.
  • Technical and Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and other browsing activity collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you when you place an order, create an account, submit artwork, request a proof, contact customer support, or sign up for marketing communications.
  • Automatically through cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and analytics tools when you interact with our website.
  • From third-party partners and service providers such as Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment processors, and shipping carriers, who may share information with us in connection with your transactions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected for the following purposes:

  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: To confirm orders, process payments, produce and ship products, send digital proofs, handle reprints, and process claims.
  • Customer Support and Communication: To respond to inquiries, send order updates, provide proof notifications, and communicate service-related information.
  • Marketing and Promotions: To send promotional emails, offers, and announcements from GoVizly. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time (see Section 8). We may still send you transactional and service-related emails regardless of marketing preferences.

  • Shopify: Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes certain personal information on our behalf to provide ecommerce, payment processing, and store management functionality. See Shopify's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.

  • Order and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years for tax and accounting purposes, or as required by law.
  • Customer Content and design files: We may retain uploaded artwork securely to facilitate reorders unless you request deletion. See Section 8 for how to request deletion.
  • Marketing data: Retained until you opt out or request deletion, subject to legal obligations.

GoVizly does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To submit a privacy request as a California resident, please contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days as required by law.


10. Shopify as Our Platform Provider

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify independently collects and processes certain personal information to provide and improve its platform and services. GoVizly's use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's terms and privacy policy.
