GoVizly Displays, LLC ("GoVizly," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website govizly.com and provides custom-printed portable trade show displays, printing services, and graphic design services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Payment and Transaction Information: Credit and debit card details, payment confirmations, and order history. Payment information is processed securely by Shopify and our payment processors and is not stored directly by GoVizly.
  • Order and Account Information: Products viewed, added to cart, purchased, or subject to a claim; account login credentials if you create an account.
  • Design Files and Artwork: Artwork, logos, photographs, and files you upload for printing, proofing, or graphic design services ("Customer Content").
  • Communications: Messages sent to customer support, proof approval responses, order inquiries, and other correspondence with GoVizly.
  • Technical and Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and other browsing activity collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you when you place an order, create an account, submit artwork, request a proof, contact customer support, or sign up for marketing communications.
  • Automatically through cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and analytics tools when you interact with our website.
  • From third-party partners and service providers such as Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment processors, and shipping carriers, who may share information with us in connection with your transactions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected for the following purposes:

  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: To confirm orders, process payments, produce and ship products, send digital proofs, handle reprints, and process claims.
  • Customer Support and Communication: To respond to inquiries, send order updates, provide proof notifications, and communicate service-related information.
  • Marketing and Promotions: To send promotional emails, offers, and announcements from GoVizly. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time (see Section 8). We may still send you transactional and service-related emails regardless of marketing preferences.

  • Shopify: Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes certain personal information on our behalf to provide ecommerce, payment processing, and store management functionality. See Shopify's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.
  • Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business, including shipping carriers, payment processors, cloud storage providers, email marketing platforms, and IT support providers.   • Order and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years for tax and accounting purposes, or as required by law.
  • Customer Content and design files: We may retain uploaded artwork securely to facilitate reorders unless you request deletion. See Section 8 for how to request deletion.
  • Marketing data: Retained until you opt out or request deletion, subject to legal obligations.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access / Know: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, contractual, and record-keeping obligations.

  • Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly. Note that even after opting out of marketing, you may still receive transactional and order-related emails.
  • Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell personal information. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism.

GoVizly does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To submit a privacy request as a California resident, please contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days as required by law.

10. Shopify as Our Platform Provider

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify independently collects and processes certain personal information to provide and improve its platform and services. GoVizly's use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's terms and privacy policy. Our website may contain links to third-party websites or include social media features (such as share buttons or embedded content).
