If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right. Complete the claim form below and our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Claim Window
All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible. For damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
What You Will Need
To process your claim as quickly as possible, please have the following ready before submitting the form:
- Order number — found in your order confirmation email
- Description of the issue — clearly describe what is wrong with the item
- Photos of the defect or damage — clear, well-lit photos showing the issue in full
- Photos of the packaging — required if your item arrived damaged in transit
Incomplete submissions may delay the review process. GoVizly reserves the right to request additional information or return of the product before processing any claim.
What Happens After You Submit
Once your claim is received, our team will review the details and respond within 1 business day. Depending on the nature of the issue, the resolution may include a reprint or a partial or full refund, at GoVizly's sole discretion.
- Reprints — if GoVizly confirms a production or printing error, we will reprint and reship the corrected item at no additional cost. Reprints match the original approved proof specifications only — no changes to artwork, size, or material are permitted.
- Refunds — if a reprint is not a viable remedy, a partial or full refund not to exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of the order may be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not eligible for a claim, reprint, or refund:
- Errors that were present in a Customer-approved proof, including misspellings, incorrect sizing, wrong colors, or missing elements
- Issues resulting from Customer-supplied low-resolution or incorrectly formatted artwork files
- Minor color variations between the digital proof and the final printed product
- Carrier delivery delays once the order has shipped
- Packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Claims submitted after the 7-calendar-day window from confirmed delivery
