Returns and Refunds
Claim Period
All claims for reprints, returns, or refunds must be reported within 7 calendar days of the order being delivered. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible.
Reprints
- If a printing or production error occurs due to our mistake, we will reprint and ship the corrected item at no additional cost.
- No reprint will be issued if the customer has already approved the digital proof and the product was produced according to that approval.
- Reprints will match the original order specifications only (size, material, and design).
Returns
- Because our products are custom-printed to your specifications, they are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Defective products must be returned in full, including all parts, before a replacement or resolution is processed.
Refunds
- Refunds are only available for orders canceled before production begins. Once production has started, the order is no longer refundable.
- Refunds may also be issued in the event of a verified production error that cannot be corrected by a reprint.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exclusions
- We are not responsible for errors in files provided by the customer (such as low resolution, color variations, spelling mistakes, or incorrect dimensions).
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.) once the order has shipped.
