What products does GoVizly sell?
GoVizly sells custom-printed trade show and event displays in four categories: custom logo table covers and runners, trade show displays, banner stands, and step and repeat banners. All products are custom-printed to order in the USA and ship nationwide to all 48 contiguous states.
What types of table covers does GoVizly offer?
GoVizly offers custom logo table covers in open-back (3-sided), closed-back (4-sided), and stretch-fitted styles. Sizes are available for 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft rectangular tables. Round table covers are available for standard 28-inch height tables and 42-inch bar-height cocktail tables. Table runners are also available for 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft tables. All table covers and runners are made from 9oz wrinkle-resistant polyester and are machine washable.
What types of trade show displays does GoVizly offer?
GoVizly trade show displays are available in tension fabric and velcro pop-up styles in 8ft and 10ft widths, in curved and straight configurations. Standard kits include a printed graphic, aluminum frame, and soft carry bag. PRO complete set configurations add two clip-mount LED spotlights and a wheeled hard case that converts into a branded podium with a podium graphic wrap. Replacement graphics are available separately for all frame types. All displays are designed for indoor use.
What types of banner stands does GoVizly offer?
GoVizly's banner stand catalog includes standard retractable, premium retractable, height-adjustable retractable, tension fabric, and X-banner stands. Standard retractable models include the 23x65 Compact, 24x80 Slim, and 33x80 Standard in silver and black finishes. Premium and height-adjustable models are available in 36, 48, and 60 inch widths. Tension fabric and X-banner stands are sold as complete frame-and-graphic packages. All banner stands are designed for indoor use.
What step and repeat banners does GoVizly offer?
GoVizly's step and repeat banner catalog includes fabric tension displays, pop-up displays, banner stands, and telescope-style stands. Available sizes and styles include the 8x8, 9x8, and 10x8 banner stands, an 8ft and 10ft tension fabric display, an 8ft and 10ft pop-up display, and a 60x90 retractable banner stand. All step and repeat banners are sold as complete frame-and-graphic packages with full-color dye-sublimation printing.
Are GoVizly products for indoor or outdoor use?
All GoVizly products — including table covers, trade show displays, and banner stands — are designed for indoor use only.
Are replacement graphics available?
Yes. Replacement graphics are available separately for trade show display frames, tension fabric banner stands and x-banner stands. This allows customers to order updated artwork without purchasing a new frame or stand.
Where are GoVizly products printed?
All GoVizly products are printed in the USA.
Artwork and File Preparation
What is the free file review?
The free file review is a manual check performed by GoVizly before purchase. GoVizly experts review your artwork file for resolution and sizing to confirm it is ready for production. This step happens before you complete your order so there are no surprises after checkout.
How do I submit my artwork?
You can upload your artwork file directly on the GoVizly website. Visit the Free Proof page to submit your file for review before placing your order.
What if I don't have print-ready artwork?
GoVizly offers a graphic design service for customers who need print-ready artwork created from scratch. You can submit a design request directly on the GoVizly website. Visit the Graphic Design Service page for details.
What file formats does GoVizly accept?
GoVizly accepts vector files (AI, EPS, or SVG) and high-resolution raster files (JPEG, PNG, PDF, or PSD). Vector files are preferred for logos and graphics since they scale to any size without quality loss. If you're unsure whether your file meets print specifications, use the free file check before placing your order.
What happens if my file has issues?
If your artwork file has resolution, sizing, or format issues, GoVizly will identify them during the free file review before production begins. GoVizly is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files — including low resolution, incorrect color profiles, misspellings, or incorrect dimensions — that are present in a Customer-approved proof.
Proofs and Approval
Will I receive a proof before my order is produced?
Yes. A digital proof is delivered to you by email within 2 business hours of artwork submission. Production does not begin until you review and approve the proof in writing.
What should I check on my proof?
You are responsible for verifying all content in your proof before approving it, including text, spelling, grammar, names, dates, phone numbers, URLs, images, logos, colors, sizing, bleed, and layout. Approval of a proof constitutes final acceptance that all content is correct.
What if I approve a proof with an error?
GoVizly is not responsible for errors present in a Customer-approved proof. Once a proof is approved, production proceeds based on that approval. No reprint or refund will be issued for errors that were present in an approved proof. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
What if I don't receive my proof email?
Proofs are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Check your spam and junk folders if you do not see the proof in your inbox. You are responsible for monitoring your email and responding in a timely manner. Delays in proof approval may push your ship date to the following business day.
Production and Turnaround
How long does production take?
Standard production is 2 business days after proof approval. Rush production of 1 business day is available on all products at checkout.
When does production begin?
Production begins only after full payment is received and your digital proof has been approved in writing.
What is the order cutoff time for the earliest ship date?
To qualify for the earliest possible ship date on a given business day, your order and full payment must be received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), and your proof must be approved by 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
I'm in a rush — what is the fastest I can receive my order?
The fastest delivery GoVizly offers is 2 business days. To achieve this, select Rush Production and Overnight Shipping at checkout, place your order by 12:00 PM PT, and approve your proof by 3:00 PM PT on the same business day (example: order Monday, receive Wednesday). If you miss the cutoff, contact GoVizly directly before placing your order to confirm availability.
Does expedited shipping speed up production?
No. Selecting an expedited shipping method reduces transit time only and does not accelerate the production schedule. To receive your order faster, both a rush production option and an expedited shipping method must be selected.
Shipping
What shipping options are available?
GoVizly offers the following shipping options at checkout:
- Free Saver Shipping — up to 8 business days (transit time)
- Ground Shipping — up to 5 business days (transit time)
- 3-Day Shipping — 3 business days (transit time)
- 2-Day Shipping — 2 business days (transit time)
- Overnight Shipping — 1 business day (transit time)
All transit times reflect shipping time only and do not include production time.
Does GoVizly ship nationwide?
Yes. GoVizly ships to all 48 contiguous states.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
What carriers does GoVizly use?
GoVizly ships via major carriers including FedEx, UPS, or similar services.
What if my order is delayed by the carrier?
GoVizly is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occur during transit once the order has been released to the carrier. Carrier delay claims must be filed directly with the carrier. GoVizly will not issue refunds for delivery delays once an order has shipped.
What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. GoVizly is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Any reshipment costs will be the Customer's responsibility.
Returns, Refunds, and Claims
Can I return my order?
All GoVizly products are custom-printed to order. All sales are final. Returns are not accepted except in the case of a verified production error confirmed by GoVizly.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled in writing before production has begun and before a proof has been approved. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
What if GoVizly makes a production error?
If GoVizly makes a verifiable production or printing error — meaning the finished product materially deviates from your approved proof through no fault of your own — GoVizly will either reprint the affected product at no additional cost or issue a partial or full refund not to exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of the order, at GoVizly's sole discretion.
How do I submit a claim?
All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery using the online claim form. Your claim must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be eligible.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless the error is solely attributable to GoVizly and a reprint or refund has been approved.
What if my order arrived damaged?
If your order arrives with visible damage, notify GoVizly in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.
Payments
What payment methods does GoVizly accept?
GoVizly accepts all major payment methods available through the Shopify checkout platform, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Is payment required before production begins?
Yes. Full payment is required before production will commence.
Are prices inclusive of tax and shipping?
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout and are in addition to the listed product price unless otherwise stated.
