How to Get the Best Results
- Provide design inspiration — if you'd like us to decide the creative direction, we'll do our best, but we're unable to issue refunds if the direction isn't to your liking. Sharing reference images, brand guidelines, or examples of styles you like gives us the best starting point.
- Provide usable logo files — logo design and logo recreation are not included. If your logo files aren't print-ready, contact us for a separate quote to have your logo recreated or designed.
- Fonts and licensed images — if your project requires specific purchased fonts or images, we'll notify you. You'll need to purchase and send us the files directly, as licensing requirements vary by vendor.
- File quality — we'll work with whatever files you provide, but we cannot guarantee sharpness for low-resolution assets. We'll flag any quality concerns before finalizing your design.
Important to Know Before You Submit
- Full payment is required before design work begins
- Revisions are edits to the approved concept — switching to a different layout is considered a new concept design and will require a separate quote
- We're committed to delivering a design you'll love, and we ask that you provide clear direction and feedback to help us get there. If you've used all included revision rounds and would like to continue refining the design, additional revisions are available at $35 each. Please note that refunds are not available once design work has begun.
- Design processing time is separate from display production and shipping — once your artwork is approved, you'll purchase your display and select your preferred shipping method and delivery date
FAQ
How long does the design process take?
Your first draft will be ready within 1 business day of receiving your files and project brief. Each revision round may take up to 1 business day after we receive your edit request.
What file formats will I receive?
Once your artwork is approved, you'll receive a high-resolution print-ready PDF along with the original source file — either PSD, AI, or InDesign, depending on which format best suits your project. If you have a preference, let us know before we begin. Please note that we do not provide Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, or Word files.
What if I don't have a logo?
Logo design and recreation are not included in the design service. You'll need to provide a usable logo file. If you need a logo created or recreated, contact us for a separate quote before submitting your design request.
Can I request a completely different layout after seeing the first draft?
Revisions are edits made to the original concept design. If you'd like to switch to a different layout entirely, that counts as a new concept and will require a separate quote.
Does the design turnaround guarantee my display delivery date?
No — design processing time and display production are separate. Once your artwork is approved you'll purchase your display and choose your shipping method and delivery date at that point.
What if I'm not happy with the final design?
We include 2 revision rounds to make sure we get it right. If you've used all revisions and are still not satisfied, we're unable to issue a refund. To give yourself the best chance of a great outcome, provide as much brand direction and inspiration as possible when you submit your request.
