You’ll receive a digital proof within 2 business hours after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Approval Deadlines (Important)

  • To keep your estimated delivery date, proof approval is required by 3:00 PM PT on the order day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or outside business hours must be approved by 3:00 PM PT the next business day.
  • Proofs approved after 3:00 PM PT may result in the delivery date being adjusted based on when final approval is received.

3. Artwork Revisions

Requested changes or revisions may affect your delivery timeline. If an approval cut-off is missed, we’ll notify you by email and share available options to help keep your order on schedule.

4. Production

Production begins only after we receive written proof approval and confirmation of any updated delivery option and applicable fees.

Until both approvals are received, your order will remain on hold.

Once production is complete, your order will ship via the shipping method you selected. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What is the difference between 3-sided (Open Back) and 4-sided (Closed Back) covers?

A 3-sided cover has a floor-length drape on the front and sides but is open at the back for legroom and easy storage access. A 4-sided cover provides full 360-degree coverage, completely hiding everything under the table.

Can I wash my custom logo table cover?

Yes. Our premium 9oz polyester fabric is machine washable. We recommend using cold water on a gentle cycle and lay flat or hang to dry. Wrinkles or creases can be eliminate with hand steamer. Do NOT bleach, tumble dry, or iron.

Will the table cover fit a standard folding table?

Our covers are tailored to fit standard 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft folding tables (approx. 30" high and 30" deep). For a guaranteed perfect fit, please check the specific dimensions on the product page.

What kind of file do I need to provide for my logo?

For the sharpest print, we prefer vector files like AI, EPS, or SVG. We also accept high-resolution PDF, JPG, or PNG files, and our experts manually review every file before production.

Is the fabric wrinkle-resistant?

Yes, we use a 9oz polyester specifically chosen for its wrinkle-resistant properties. While folding may cause slight lines, most will disappear once the cover is draped over the table or quickly steamed.

How fast can I get my table cover delivered?

Standard production is 2 business days after art approval. We also offer Next Business Day Rush production and overnight shipping for tight deadlines.

Can I see a proof before my order is printed?

Absolutely. We provide a free digital proof within 2 business hours of your order. Production only begins once you have reviewed and approved the artwork.

Can you match my specific brand colors (Pantone)?

All Pantone (PMS) and RGB colors provided in your artwork will be converted to CMYK for printing. While we cannot guarantee an exact PMS match, our high-quality dye-sublimation process allows us to print as close as possible to your intended colors.
