Refund policy

This Refund Policy governs all claims for reprints, refunds, and returns made to GoVizly Displays, LLC ("GoVizly," "we," "us," or "our"). Because all of our products are custom-printed to your specifications, please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.
All Sales Are Final
All GoVizly products are custom-manufactured to order. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the limited circumstances described below. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their digital proof before approving, as approval constitutes final acceptance of all content, spelling, sizing, colors, and layout.
Claim Period
All claims for reprints, refunds, or returns must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for any remedy, and GoVizly shall have no further obligation. No exceptions will be made.
How to Submit a Claim
To initiate a claim, submit your request within the 7-day window using our online claim form.
Your claim must include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect or damage in full
- Photographs of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
We may request additional information or return of the product before processing any claim. GoVizly reserves the right to verify all claims before issuing any remedy.
Reprints
If GoVizly makes a verifiable production or printing error — meaning the finished product materially deviates from your approved proof through no fault of your own — we will reprint and reship the corrected item at no additional cost to you.
- Reprints will match the original approved proof specifications only, including size, material, and design. No changes to the original order are permitted in connection with a reprint.
- No reprint will be issued if the product was produced in accordance with a Customer-approved proof. Approval of a proof constitutes final acceptance of all content.
- GoVizly reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a production error has occurred and whether a reprint or refund is the appropriate remedy.
Refunds
Refunds are available only in the following limited circumstances:
- Pre-production cancellation: If you cancel your order in writing before production has begun and before a proof has been approved, you may be eligible for a full refund. Once production has started, no refund will be issued.
- Verified production error: If GoVizly confirms a production error and determines that a reprint is not a viable remedy, a partial or full refund not to exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of the order may be issued.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless the error is solely attributable to GoVizly and a reprint or refund has been approved.
Returns
Because our products are custom-printed to your specifications, they are not eligible for return except in the case of a verified defect or production error confirmed by GoVizly. If a return is required as part of the claims process, GoVizly will provide instructions. Products must be returned in full, including all components and packaging, before any replacement or resolution is processed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.
Exclusions — What We Are Not Responsible For
GoVizly is not responsible for, and no refund, reprint, or return will be issued for, the following:
- Customer-approved proof errors: Misspellings, incorrect text, wrong colors, incorrect sizing, missing elements, or any other errors present in a proof that was approved by the Customer.
- Customer-supplied file issues: Low resolution artwork, incorrect color profiles, improper file formats, missing bleeds, or any other file deficiencies submitted by the Customer.
- Color variations: Minor variations in color, tone, or finish between what appears on a digital screen and the final printed product. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of printing.
- Carrier delivery delays: Delays, damage, or loss that occur during transit once the order has been released to the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or similar). These claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
- Incorrect shipping addresses: Packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer at checkout.
- Event or deadline losses: Lost profits, missed trade show events, event cancellations, or any other consequential losses resulting from production or delivery timelines.
- Late proof approvals: Delays resulting from Customer's failure to respond to or approve a digital proof in a timely manner.
Limitation of Liability
GoVizly's total liability for any approved claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific order or portion of the order giving rise to the claim. GoVizly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. Please refer to our Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability terms.
