The ProFlex is defined by its versatility. Unlike standard fixed-height stands, this premium hardware features a telescopic hybrid pole that allows you to adjust your graphic height anywhere from 69 inches up to 90 inches. The hardware itself is finished in a sophisticated anodized silver with polished chrome end caps, designed to look at home in executive boardrooms and bustling expo halls alike.
True to the GoVizly standard, we refuse to put cheap vinyl in a premium stand. Your ProFlex comes pre-loaded with our signature UV Printed Coated Curl-Free Blockout Polyester Fabric. This premium material is engineered to be 100% opaque, preventing any light from passing through the back. This ensures that no matter what height you set, your graphic remains perfectly taut, flat, and vibrant, with absolutely no shadowing or "ghosting" from backlighting.
For fastest production, please provide print-ready files to minimize proof revisions and avoid print blurriness.

1. Proofing Timeline
You’ll receive a digital proof within 2 business hours after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Approval Deadlines (Important)
- To keep your estimated delivery date, proof approval is required by 3:00 PM PT on the order day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or outside business hours must be approved by 3:00 PM PT the next business day.
- Proofs approved after 3:00 PM PT may result in the delivery date being adjusted based on when final approval is received.
3. Artwork Revisions
Requested changes or revisions may affect your delivery timeline. If an approval cut-off is missed, we’ll notify you by email and share available options to help keep your order on schedule.
4. Production
Production begins only after we receive written proof approval and confirmation of any updated delivery option and applicable fees.
Until both approvals are received, your order will remain on hold.
Once production is complete, your order will ship via the shipping method you selected. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
