1. Proofing Timeline

You’ll receive a digital proof within 2 business hours after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Approval Deadlines (Important)

  • To keep your estimated delivery date, proof approval is required by 3:00 PM PT on the order day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or outside business hours must be approved by 3:00 PM PT the next business day.
  • Proofs approved after 3:00 PM PT may result in the delivery date being adjusted based on when final approval is received.

3. Artwork Revisions

Requested changes or revisions may affect your delivery timeline. If an approval cut-off is missed, we’ll notify you by email and share available options to help keep your order on schedule.

4. Production

Production begins only after we receive written proof approval and confirmation of any updated delivery option and applicable fees.

Until both approvals are received, your order will remain on hold.

Once production is complete, your order will ship via the shipping method you selected. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

At 60 inches (5 feet) wide, a single pole isn't enough to keep the graphic tight and level. We use dual support poles to ensure your brand message hangs perfectly straight with no sagging in the corners.
No. It is 5 feet wide. Placing a unit this large and heavy on a table is unsafe. It is strictly a floor-standing display.
It is the ideal "Unobtrusive" height. It provides a huge branding area (5ft wide) but allows people standing up to see over it. It is perfect for dividing open-plan offices or retail floors.
No. A 5ft wide surface area catches wind easily. Even a light breeze will tip it over. It is for indoor use only.
No. The fabric graphic is permanently installed under high tension. The dual-spring mechanism is powerful and dangerous to tamper with. We recommend a new unit for new artwork.
