1. Proofing Timeline

You’ll receive a digital proof within 2 business hours after placing your order.

If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Approval Deadlines (Important)

To keep your estimated delivery date, proof approval is required by 3:00 PM PT on the order day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or outside business hours must be approved by 3:00 PM PT the next business day.
  • Proofs approved after 3:00 PM PT may result in the delivery date being adjusted based on when final approval is received.

3. Artwork Revisions

Requested changes or revisions may affect your delivery timeline.

If an approval cut-off is missed, we’ll notify you by email and share available options to help keep your order on schedule.

4. Production

Production begins only after we receive written proof approval and confirmation of any updated delivery option and applicable fees.

Until approval is received, your order will remain on hold.

What file should I upload?

For fastest production, we recommend a print-ready vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG) or the highest-resolution file available (JPEG, PNG, PDF, or PSD) to minimize proof revisions and avoid print blurriness.

No. We start with white fabric, but we dye-sublimate the entire surface. We can print your brand's specific background color (black, blue, red, etc.) across the entire cloth so no white is visible.
You can wash this table cover in a standard washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not use bleach.
Yes. If it gets wrinkled during travel, you can use a steamer (recommended) or an iron on a low heat setting. If using an iron, place a plain cloth between the iron and the printed table cover to protect the ink.
