How Fast Can You Get It?
The fastest delivery GoVizly offers is 2 business days from the day you place your order. That means if you order on Monday and hit both deadlines below, your display arrives on Wednesday.
There are two deadlines that determine whether your order ships on time:
- Order and upload your artwork by 12:00 PM PT. This is when the production window opens. Orders placed after noon will move to the next business day.
- Approve your digital proof by 3:00 PM PT the same day. After you order, GoVizly sends a digital proof showing exactly how your display will look before it goes to print. You need to review it and confirm approval by 3:00 PM PT. If approval comes in after that, production moves to the next business day — and so does your delivery.
If both deadlines are met, here's what happens:
- Day 1 (e.g. Monday): You order, upload artwork, approve proof by 3:00 PM PT.
- Day 2 (Tuesday): Your display is produced, packaged, and picked up by the overnight carrier.
- Day 3 (Wednesday): Delivered.

What Rush Production Costs — and How to Select It
Rush production and overnight shipping are paid upgrades. The price is shown clearly before you pay — there are no hidden fees added after checkout.
Selecting rush at GoVizly is a two-step process, and both steps matter:
- Select Rush Production on the product page before adding to cart. This is a production speed option on the product page itself. If you skip this step and add the item to your cart without selecting rush production, your order will go into standard production regardless of what shipping method you choose at checkout.
- Select Overnight Shipping at checkout. Once rush production is selected on the product page, choose overnight shipping at checkout to complete the rush order. Both selections are required for 2-day delivery.
Standard production is 2 business days after proof approval and ships via ground carrier. If your timeline isn't urgent, standard is the more economical option — and the delivery estimate is shown at checkout before you pay.
