1. Proofing Timeline
You’ll receive a digital proof within 2 business hours after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Approval Deadlines (Important)
- To keep your estimated delivery date, proof approval is required by 3:00 PM PT on the order day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or outside business hours must be approved by 3:00 PM PT the next business day.
- Proofs approved after 3:00 PM PT may result in the delivery date being adjusted based on when final approval is received.
3. Artwork Revisions
Requested changes or revisions may affect your delivery timeline. If an approval cut-off is missed, we’ll notify you by email and share available options to help keep your order on schedule.
4. Production
Production begins only after we receive written proof approval and confirmation of any updated delivery option and applicable fees.
Until both approvals are received, your order will remain on hold.
Once production is complete, your order will ship via the shipping method you selected. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
