4. We Produce & Ship Nationwide

Once approved, your display is produced and shipped directly to your delivery address.

You’ll receive a digital proof within 2 business hours after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Approval Deadlines (Important)

  • To keep your estimated delivery date, proof approval is required by 3:00 PM PT on the order day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or outside business hours must be approved by 3:00 PM PT the next business day.
  • Proofs approved after 3:00 PM PT may result in the delivery date being adjusted based on when final approval is received.

3. Artwork Revisions

Requested changes or revisions may affect your delivery timeline. If an approval cut-off is missed, we’ll notify you by email and share available options to help keep your order on schedule.

4. Production

Production begins only after we receive written proof approval and confirmation of any updated delivery option and applicable fees.

Until both approvals are received, your order will remain on hold.

Once production is complete, your order will ship via the shipping method you selected. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

How the 2-Day Rush Service Works

To qualify for the Order Monday → Receive Wednesday timeline, all cut-off times must be met during normal business hours.

What is the difference between Retractable, Tension Fabric, and X-Banner stands?

  • Retractable (Roll-Up): Our most popular option. The graphic comes pre-installed in the base and pulls up like a window shade. It sets up in seconds and protects the print during travel.
  • Tension Fabric: A modern, high-end display featuring a lightweight aluminum tube frame. A pillowcase-style fabric graphic slides over the frame and zips shut for a smooth, wrinkle-free look.
  • X-Banner: Our most lightweight and cost-effective option. It uses a tripod-style "X" frame with hooks to hold the banner. It is perfect for changing graphics frequently.

Why do you use "Curl-Free" fabric instead of vinyl?

Standard vinyl banners often curl at the edges over time, creating an unprofessional, cheap look (the "potato chip" effect). We print on premium coated polyester fabric that is engineered to hang perfectly flat and straight. It is also glare-free, making it better for photos and bright convention centers.

Can I replace the graphic on my banner stand later?

X-Banners & Tension Fabric: Yes! You can easily order just a replacement graphic and swap it yourself in minutes.

Retractable Stands: We strongly recommend purchasing a complete new banner stand rather than attempting to replace the graphic. The internal retraction mechanism is spring-loaded and can be easily damaged or lose tension during a graphic swap, potentially ruining the hardware. For a reliable, hassle-free display, buying a new set is the safest option.

How fast can I get my banner stand?

Standard production is 2 Business Days after proof approval. We also offer Next Day Rush production. Once shipped, our Free Saver Shipping takes 5-8 business days, but you can upgrade to 3-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight delivery at checkout for guaranteed arrival dates.

Do these stands come with a carrying case?

Yes. Every single banner stand we sell—from the compact X-Stand to the Deluxe Double-Sided Retractable—comes with a durable, padded travel bag included in the price.

Are your banner stands suitable for outdoor use?

These stands are designed primarily for indoor use (trade shows, lobbies, retail stores). They are lightweight and can blow over in wind. If you must use them outdoors, we recommend doing so only in calm weather and using sandbags on the base for stability.
