Do I need to place an order before requesting a proof?
No. The proof request page is designed so you can review your proposed artwork before placing your order.

What products can I request a free proof for?
Free proof requests are available for many GoVizly Displays products, including banner stands, custom table covers, table runners, step and repeat banners, trade show backdrops, tension fabric displays, and fabric pop-up displays.

What files should I upload?
Upload the highest-quality artwork you have. Vector files such as AI, EPS, or SVG are preferred for logos, while high-resolution PDF, PNG, or JPG files may also work depending on the design and print size.

What if my artwork is low resolution?
If we identify an issue that may affect print quality, we’ll let you know before production. You may be asked to provide a higher-resolution image or vector logo file.

Can you help place my logo on the display?
Basic logo placement and layout assistance is available for qualifying products. Provide your logo files and instructions when submitting the proof request.

Does approving the proof start production?
Production begins after the order is placed and final artwork approval is received.

Can I request proofs for more than one item?
